is there a way to find this out through the site or does it all have to be done through a dealer ?

The link below will take you to where you can view all custom/stock shafts. There will be a column that says "std/up-charge" or "exotic/up-charge", which means they carry an up-charge. The ones that are "standard" have no up-charge.
