I'm hoping one of the Titleist Club Concierge can help me.  I've placed an order with my club pro for the new 913 Fd woods 13.5* and 18*.  In the 18* I want the Fujikura Speeder 8.2 VC TS x-flex, but it isn't in the current shaft matrix. From reading the discussions here on Team Titleist it seems this shaft should be available as an off menu item, but when my pro tries to order it, they are saying it hasn't passed the titleist testing and isn't available. I understand that once the order for an off menu shaft is placed, it is final, but how should I initiate the order. Thanks for any help
