Roger Dunn is saving you money since it is much less to ship to our warehouse and then distribute (although it takes 2-3 days longer) than it would be for them to ship directly to their store. You can have it sent directly to the store, but your shipping charge is quite a bit more substantial as you would incur the air freight charges.

Hi Cathi,
I've been told by Roger Dunn that it will take 2-3 weeks for all custom orders. I know you've told me that it takes about a week to ten days but is it bad business on Roger Dunn's part to hold it or keep it at there warehouse for another week or two? Hopefully my next order with Titleist will be on time. Also I met Neal (Titleist sales rep for Hawaii) at the store and I really appreciate it that he came to apologize for the delay. Thanks for taking care of me with this situation.

Hi Peter, Normally orders ship in about 2-3 days once we receive them. I apologize for the delay on your clubs and believe your clubs are being delivered this afternoon.

The suspense is killing me! I went to the one by the Ala moana mall in Honolulu. I guess everything here takes longer since Hawaii is not part of the "mainland".

Hello Peter, I ordered a combo set of Titleist 710s back before I deployed to Afghanistan. I ordered them thru a friend in Texas. I received them in a week from Titleist. I don't know which Roger Dunn you went thru there. Mine were shipped to me in Hawaii super quick. That seems way too long. Hope they get to you quick. Brent
