&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Another question, the original ap2 vs the ap2 712: in the original ap2&amp;#39;s (2008) are the tungsten weights placed in the toe and heel just like the new ap2 712&amp;#39;s? &amp;nbsp;And the soles are thin steel plates for both? &amp;nbsp;I used a magnet on a 2008 ap2 on the sole and it hardly stuck, but when I tried with the ap2 712&amp;#39;s the magnet stuck to the sole very strong. &amp;nbsp;Could you tell me why this is?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
