this might be an odd question, but hear me out! I had the opportunity to purchase a used 910h in amazing condition.....the only catch is that it has a ladies flex shaft! my question is this...is there any difference in the design or shape of the head or can I simply replace the shaft with the appropriate flex? thanks for the help!!!

Not odd at all.  Didn't see any 910H "ladies' " clubs. You'll want to ensure the head weight is correct for the shaft you want to install (the stock headweight is red dot).    Other vendors make clubs specifically for women (for instance, their drivers may be as lofted as 16* or their 3 woods may be 17* vice 15* and different head designs).

Nothing saying one couldn't play MB irons with graphite A flex or AP1s with triple X flex.
