Are you here in the Mid West? I've only seen Golf ETC here in WI... Anyway, for me that will depend on the fitter himself. His credentials should tell something about his qualification. And of course, knowledge and experience of the fitter.

A branch opened near me (few years back), they were offering life-time fitting as part of their "opening promo"... low and behold they closed after a year because they weren't doing well. So those who availed the fitting promo, lost their investment!

Go to a more reputable store/ fitter. Where they can back up their work and service.
