Youtube has some interesting golf forging videos. My favorite so far is Golf Forging Video-Long Version . Very detailed. You see the club start from raw steel rods all the way to the finished product. I highly recommend it.

I've yet to see anything Titleist specific. It's a good suggestion for TT to do in the future. I'd love to see an AP2 or CB/MB head manufactured from start to finish.  I'm not sure if it's current, but they used to have their forging done by Endo of Japan/Thailand. One of the best.
