  1. Had something break loose in the head of a new 913.  Golf shop (Edwin Watts) said they'd send it back to Titleist and have it repaired (likely replaced since you can't really get inside the head).  After they sent it in (or so they told me) I was told it would be 2-3 weeks until I get it back.  This seems ridiculous.  I've read on the boards where it is a 24 hr turn time at Titleist, so unless someone is walking it from Fort Walton Beach to Titleist and back, this seems very long.  Had I known I could be without a driver for 2-3 weeks, I'd just had to have dealt with the constant rattle.  Should I have just sent it to Titleist myself and bypassed the company I bought it from?

Hi Brian,  We are in Carlsbad, CA and it is a week trip by ground from Ft Walton Beach to Carlsbad and a week back if they did not request a shipping label, so 2 weeks + is probably a good estimate if it went by ground both ways.  Contact your local Edwin Watts store and ask them for the RA number that they set up with us and give us a call with the number.  We will be able to look into it further for you.

  3. Will do, thanks Cathi
