I feel you would greatly benefit from the four iron opposed to the hybrid since it will give you more options in terms of flighting the golf ball and hitting draws and fades. It also will perform well in the wind and it will provide a closer gap to your five iron. Definitely give the four iron a try before you make any decisions. Hope this helps!

This is something I've strongly considered, my only concern is having sufficient swing speed to really get all I can out of a  4 iron.  My 5 iron peaks out around 175, but I don't know if I could get 185-190 out of a 4 iron.  Maybe if I went with a lighter shaft or maybe even an AP1.

Thanks for the kind words - incredible is an exaggeration; fortunate is much more accurate.  For me, with the 10.5*, I experienced nearly all carry with maybe 10 yards of roll out.  The 9.5* doesn't carry as far, but with roll out, I've gained maybe 10 more yards of total length.  I know fitting is the best solution, it's a matter of finding a fitter with all the tools necessary, or trying to make an appointment up at Acushnet. 

Stuart, our course has very similar par 3's plus one 90* dog leg where the 21H is almost too long.  When conditions are perfect, the 5 iron works, but spring/fall cooler temps demand a more length.  The 24H should work, I'm just curious what the difference between 72g & 82g in shaft weight means in actual play.   

For me the 82 is more consistent and stable than the 72.  Not a distance difference but I hit it much straighter

Everything sounds goood that you are doing, but, let me give you another perspective that might just make you go hmmm...Interesting you went down to a 9.5 on the driver.  The 913D3 was a great choice, but when fitted, I was told to go from the 9.5 to the 10.5 for the same reason as you.  Not only did my distance improve, but the roll was out of this world.  Might be the shaft, as when fitted, I went to the Aldila RIP 60 as my shaft of choice.  In terms of the H series in the hybrids, I have the 913H in 18 degrees of loft and its my bread an butter from 225 to 235.  Once again I have chosen the RIP shaft (through a professional fitting) this time with the 80 Phemon.  Here's the rub....with absolutely no disrespect....Like you I have amassed a substantial amount of money at the pro shop through mens league.  I was the club champion and player of the year in both Men's and Senior Mens league.....I have spent my pro shop money on clothes, shoes, winter gear, bags, for both myself and my wife.  I truely believe that I got to where I was by having a Professional fitting and spent wisely my hard earned dollars on fitted clubs that would make a substantial impact on my game. But first, I spent $250.00 with a certified fitter.   With that being said, you can still spend your Pro Shop monies on clubs.  You go to the fitter, then take your specs to your Pro, and the magic happens.  Either way, sounds like you're an incredible player.  Best of luck in tinkering with your game.

It is the one area in my bag that I am always trying to figure out since we have two par 3's at our club that play between 180 and 200. The 24H spins to much for me and the ball balloons.  The 21H sometimes goes to far in the summer when it is hot out.  I can't hit the 4 iron for enough in the air.  I think the 82 Diamana Blue + Stiff that is a little heavier in the 21H is the way to go to keep control.  It is usually the only two times I hit the club in a round and probably 1 stroke in my 3 index so I keep working on it 

As a Golf Professional that does Club Fitting, without seeing you hit a ball it is difficult to make a recommendation.  Through my experience I would either go with and AP1 4 iron that matches the specs of the rest of your irons or with a 913 24 degree hybrid that matches the specs of your 910.  Unless you plan on replacing both hybrids I would stick with the same shaft and make the appropriate changes with the SureFit hosel.  Without having seen you hit a ball my personal recommendation would be the 913 24 degree.
