All the pre-orders can be special orders.  It might be getting close to a deadline to order in time to get them shipped to your retailer by November 8.  Be it stock retail sets or a custom order. If the DG X100 shaft is in stock at Titleist, the normal turn-around time once the dealer gets the order to Titleist until shipped is generally under a week.  Living in WI, I have to live with dog sled delivery times.  Takes me about 2 weeks to turn around.

Special orders go through an authorized retailer, Titleist does not take orders or ship direct. 

Being LH, I don't have a dealer that stocks AP1 or AP2 sets on the rack.
