Well I was going to wait till this winter to restock the wedges, but now I see they are releasing the indigo SM5 I may just have to do it now.   If I remember right, the SM4's didn't last long.

I think the last indigo was just one loft and wasn't SM4.

These are unique finish of what the retail SM5's are.  Look sweet!!!

I am planning on picking these up to replace the TVD M Grind SM4's currently in the bag.

  4. Then you can hit Wedge Wedge on 11. They look pretty nice.

In the past, the setup options were limited. It looks like there will be several different loft and grind combinations available to these wedges. I always thought they looked cool, but they never had the setup that I use. With more options available, I may have to pull the trigger for a unique look. It will be interesting to see the personalization available from Wedgeworks.

Those are some amazing looking wedges.  I'd love to add them to the bag, but just not going to be able to happen this year.

I have my hand ground wedges from Mr. Vokey himself, but I may have to pick up some of these for the bag.  Love the finish on them and definitely more grinds available in this particular offering than in offerings previously.

Any of the shafts available for our irons are available to order with the limited edition wedges.  Your pro shop will be able to give you pricing on any custom shafts if you go through your pro shop.  If you are ordering it directly on the Wedgeworks site, use the KBS Tour shaft and write in the notes that you want the KBS Tour 90.

Not sure if it's a flaw or what but they just released the RH SM5 Indigo 56-10S.  I just bought one online since that happens to be the one club i was looking to get.  Pretty stoked and hoping it wasn't a fluke since i read July 16th as a release date.

I brought a regular SM5 sandwedge 56.10 and absolutely love it.....just don't know if blue would go well with my standard Titleist R/B/W bags and AP2s and 913 headcovers.......I am a little on the conservative side and play my clubs.....not a collector of clubs, headcovers and such.....find more value in collecting art (paintings and signed and numbered prints)......

Chuck, I was lucky to get the sm4 in the indigo blue a year or so ago. I was skeptical about the color and actually didn't game it for a while. I intended on keeping it as a keepsake, but someone convinced me to put it into play. I get quite a few questions on what it is, how I got it, etc.  It is a great club to take away some of the glare in sunny days. Sounds like you have a pretty sound set up at this point, so it may be something you want to hang on to if you like them.  Keep us posted on your decision.

Na, think I will pass this year as well......you guys have fun with it and I will stay true to my tour chromes......just a matter of choices.....I bought a Scotty Cameron select and really feel I should have stayed with the steel or chrome.......again, just a tradional kind of guy.....

Totally respect your decision Chuck Z.  To me these new indigo vokey wedges seem to stand out.  I already have the SM5 52 & 60 and needed to replace one more wedge that doesn't look right in my bag so i thought what the heck, let's mix it up and have some fun....

    We'll see how it goes....

That being said i have 2 more clubs to replace but holding off until the 915's come out :)

will they ever make a 62 degree in the blue??? I would purchase one asap if so

Due to the low demand for wedges above 60°, there are no current plans to make a 62° model.

According to the vokey.com website the blue SM5 wedge is only available to right handed golfers.  When, if ever, is Bob Vokey going to release these limited edition wedges to the left handed community?!

    Cheers,

How long does the finish last on the indigo compared to the chrome or black pearl?
