I'd be calling someone, at least see what the hold up is.

 I ordered a set (Driver and Irons) and took nine days total, Order to delivery.

I just order another 2nd wedge in AP1 set along with Vokey K grind w/  KBS shaft's, Order on Friday afternoon the 18th, just came in today the 29th.

It normally takes about seven days from the west coast to the east coast on non fitted clubs.  I would check with your head pro and see what day they sent your order in and they can call Titleist and check to see if they have been shipped.  Titleist could have been out of the shafts, if you placed a special order.  He should be able to get the information you need.  I would do this today.  Cheers, Chuck........
