My 915 D3 arrived at the club on Wednesday...unfortunately its been too cold here (20 degree mornings) to get out and swing it yet but it looks so so good. Curious if anyone else has received theirs and what you think? My old set-up was the 913 D3 with ADI black 70X shaft (I have a couple other shafts for it as well) and I ordered the new set-up with the Rogue shaft 70X.

I got mine today. Lucky for me I will play tomorrow and Sunday (South Texas 50 degree days) to start the tuning process. I changed from a 910D2, 61 gram 45 inch shaft to the 915D2 with a 50 gram 46 inch shaft. I expect a very similar swing speed (lighter and longer shaft) and improvement in club head speed (longer shaft). I also shifted from a "mid-high" shaft to a "mid" shaft to lower the ball flight. The good news is, if I do not like the new shaft , I can go back to my 910 shaft in seconds.  Gotta love the technology.  I will spend a hour on the range tomorrow optimizing and adjusting lie/loft before heading to the first tee. I'm pumped. (8 handicap)

(update from 11/14 post) I have completed three rounds and two driving range sessions with my new 915D2. (RIP Phenom 50 gram shaft)  IT IS EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR!  It is a minimum of 15 yards longer than my 910. It is also more forgiving and I have better control of the ball flight.  Thanks Titleist.

Played yesterday with my  915 D3. Rogue Shaft (silver). Love the feel and workability of the club/shaft combination. Of the holes I use driver on, I only missed 1. My playing partner usually outdrives me by 5-10 yards, but not yesterday. I was consistently outdriving him by 5 yards and when I didn't we were even. I love the way the ball performs off the clubhead, even on the off center hit. Bravo Titleist!

Just picked up my 915 D2 that I had drop shipped to the local Golfsmith store.  It certainly looks sweet but unfortunately it's too cold in my neck of the woods to get out and swing it.  It seems lighter in weight that my 913 D2 that it's replacing.  I bought the Diamana S+ 60 regular shaft.

Got my 915D2 / 915F / and 915H. It isr just as cold where I am at. Have a session booked for Sunday at a local indoor range. Put the Mitsu M+ Red in the driver. The Rogue black 70 in the 3 wood and Rogue black 85 in the Hybrid. Replaced all my other manufacturers metals. Spring cannot get to Northeast OH, soon enough!

Yeah I got mine and it's so stinking cold here in Ohio that I fear it will be 4 months until it sees the light of day. But they look SO SO good. I tried to get the black DI but they said I could only get classic orange but on the trackman when I was being fit I hit it pretty well.

My 915D2 9.50 came in on Thursday, the same day I had peridontal surgery and had an implant put in. With the medications I am on and a mouth full of stitches so cannot hit a club til Monday according to Doctor.  Rogue 95 70 stiff shaft with midsize golfpride grip set at D4......

  9. Got my 915 D2 in the mail on Friday Nov 14th! I was surprised because it was special ordered from Edwin Watts and had to be ordered from California (to North Carolina).  I was fitted by Titleist rep on Nov 7 in Charlotte NC. Can't play till next Tues. can't wait. Can't believe I had to go back to the senior shaft, but it is what it is.  Keeping my 910 and regular 'ilima shaft in case I want to swap around!  Only negative:  no pouch for tool; and, no color brochure for adjustments.  What's with that?  Oh well, will let you know how everything works out...  Have 2013 AP 2 reg graphites in the bag, Scotty Cameron Newport 2.5, and a 4 year old Titleist Mini Staff Bag, still looks new except 2 places where irons have rubbed collar and felt has com off the sides.  Other stuff is TM and Cbra.

I got my 915 D3 Saturday, the day I got fitted I had the D2 and I'm glad I got fitted because I never would have thought I needed the d3. But overall I love this thing it is the best driver made in my opinion!

I received mine on Friday afternoon and promptly put in a round on Sunday, although it was a high of 42 degrees here.  The club is simply awesome and I couldn't be happier.  I haven't owned a Titleist driver since the 983K as I feel they haven't really been superior to other lines.  Shocking, coming from me Titleist loyalist such as myself.

The 915 D3 has brought me back!!!

Just curious did you hit the 10.5 d3 and compare it with the 9.5 and if so how much more spin did you get?? I know Adam Scott went to a 10.5 degree head . Thanks P

    I was fitted by a Titleist regional rep. Results were best with 915 D3 9.5 C-1 Rogue Silver. Close 2nd was 915 D2 9.5 C-1 Rogue Silver.

Do you go with best #'s or close second and more forgiveness?

What works for YOU would the best choice.  I like a forgiving club.  I'LL take accuracy any day, but that is MY choice.   The purpose of going to fitter is to get the RIGHT for YOU.........what did the expert say???????  We are the amateurs on this forum......

Chris; Just my opinion, but if the 2nd best is close to the first, I think I'd go for more forgiveness. If the more forgiveness gets you one or two more fairways hit that could more than make up for the lesser numbers. As long as the numbers are close, the main thing is keeping the ball in play, and in the fairway. Those better numbers can sometimes hurt you if your in the rough or in the woods. Also, the numbers should get even better with the D2 after you get more used to it. Enjoy your new driver, and play well.

Thanks for the kind words Chris, and I'm glad it gave you more to consider. Be sure to let us know what driver you decide on. I'm sure you'll be proud to have either one in your bag.

Took mine to the course on Monday and it performed better that I expected.  Nothing like the numbers on the monitor when I was fitted.  I did not hit it this well in the fitting.  Great accuracy and the roll after impact was awesome.  That combination of the new 915D2 10.25 head with the Rogue 95 70 shaft is perfect for me (thanks to David and a proper fit) and the tale of the tape is actally bringing it to the course.  Yes, I did pick up distance over my 910D3 10.25 which I was hitting 260 on the monitor.  I like the tight high flight on the 915 and that roll after impact....liked it so well, I went to a Titleist Club Fitting day and Billy from Team Titleist fitted me for a 915h 17.75 with a Rogue 85 shaft......liked be fitted better at a range......again high tight flight, long, and roll after impact.  Titleist rocks with the 915s......................................

I got mine last Wed night but didn't get a chance to try it out until today. Very solid driver, feels great, much louder. My old set up is a 913 D3 8.5* with Fuji Tour Spec 7.2x.

I ordered a 915 D3 8.5* with Tour Rogue but it'll be another few weeks so in the meantime I'm using the 110 MSI Rogue 70x and it's very solid.

Let me know how you like the Tour Rogue (curious on the specs) versus the stock Rogue 70X. I got to play mine for five holes Sunday on some frozen fairways, just had to get it out and hit it. Lower trajectory and you are right...louder with more of a TM "crack" to it. Not sure I like the sound but if it produces results what the hell. Keep me posted!

I got my 915 D3 and 915F this past weekend, hit them well and can't wait to get back out there this weekend, thank TX for home weather to play most of the year around here. I am very pleased with the clubs and can't wait to get my new Hybrids here soon. Way to go Titleist good job on these 915 Models.

Got mine today.  Will take it on a five hour round trip drive to Columbus this weekend for a few hits in the indoor dome just to see how it feels.   It's one fine looking club, quality manufacturing once again Titleist.  I really like the new silver alignment triangle on top, a little better than the 913.  Ohio seems to be having the real deal winter setting in this year, this driver will have to wait to go to work in February down in Alabama.

    Bragg Creek,

Finally got mine! Ordered the D3 7.5 with the Rogue 70 Silver X. After a whole bunch of balls on the launch monitor, I ended up going with my old 910 shaft (Original ProLaunch Red X) as I just got better numbers with it.

WOW, what a step forward. Just as I figured, the centre hits were pretty comparable to my 910. But the misses...oh my golly. The 915 on the average was 12.3 yards longer (25 balls from each driver). This thing is the real deal when you don't flush it. You just don't lose that many yards! I'm still partial to the shape of the 910 but I'm sure that will be soon forgotten. What a driver!

I got my 915D2 a week ago.  So far so GREAT!  Round 1 I hit 6/7 fairways, 9 holes only, second round 13/14 fairways hit.  The main thing is I am driving this much further than my previous gamer.  I've picked up 20+ yards with this club which is helping me hit much shorter clubs into greens.

I can't wait to get my 3 Wood!

Thanks Titleist for a home run product!

I GOY MINE!!! Got mine on Saturday.. The 915 d3 went with the 10.5 on the loft,, and the graphite design from my old head.. It was 65 in michigan yesterday and we got like 21 guys together for the normal Sunday skins.. So we were all on the 1st tee and the club was being passed around one of my buddy's to the next.. So anyway I think I need a little heavier of a shaft the head feels so light that I think I need to go with a 78 gram x stiff shaft ,, I mean I love this driver it feels better then any other driver I have used . Feels great at contact and very loud at impact ,, think I am gonna buy a rogue 72 g xstiff... Any other shaft suggestion I would like to hear it. Swing speed is 110 to 115mph .. Pretty flat swing plain.. Thanks

Why do you think you need a heavier shaft? Sounds like our swing speeds are exactly on par and I have swapped two or three shafts into my 915 D3 with varying results. Most recently my Tour ADI out of my 913 D3 and it changed the club noticeably. I am hitting a 9.5 by the way. At first I thought the club felt light too, I ordered it with their standard Rogue 70 XS offering and the control was amazing. I have set my drivers to the D1 setting, slightly delofted with a draw bias. It has been pretty cold here in the Pacific Northwest so i have not been able to test for more than nine holes at a time but felt good about that shaft. I noticed also the driver is loud...more of a crack to it. hard to say on distance yet as our fairways are frozen currently and we are playing on temps. hard fairways are making up for lack of distance due to cold air temps. (25-35 degrees). probably the most interesting thing I have found is that compared to the 913 D3 this new 915 has a sweet spot that is closer to the hosel. Not sure if you or anyone else has found this out?

No new driver yet.  I saw no good reason to go out and get a new driver, just to let it sit in the bag all winter.  My reasoning was that anytime we have a small break in the weather where I can get out and play my swing will probably be  inconsistent so I'll just use my 910 or 913, instead of pulling out a new driver.  Next spring, once I feel my swing is back on track, then I'll schedule a fitting and start the purchase process.
