So I went and hit the new 915 3 wood today and loved it. I ended up hitting the 915Fd with D+ shaft excellent and really enjoyed the feedback the club gave as well as the low spin and slightly lower trajectory. However, the price tag is a bit steep and I am looking to add a 3 wood to the bag for Xmas. I really love the Titleist clubs as I play the AP2s and have a 910 driver. I am trying to see if the 913F.d is the same but older version of the 915Fd. It appears for the 913F.d the website says it is the larger club head but the 915Fd is the smaller? I am confused why Titleist would switch the lettering around from model to model. Please any insight on this would be helpful.

  2. For me, the 915F was quite a bit longer than the 913.  Could be the Rogue shaft, but I couldn't go back to the 913 any more.  If you can afford the 915, it's worth the extra $ IMO.

Tommy, you are correct that the 913 Fd was larger than the 913F. This was also the case in the 910 series. However, in the 915 model the Fd is now the smaller head. The Fd has been and still is the slightly lower launch and slightly lower spin club.
