It appears that the 913h shaft is different and not compatible with the 915h - is this true? My 913 h seems to have a longer tip between the adjustment ring and the tip.

Every reply I've seen with regards to the 913/915 FW & Hyb adapters is that they are interchangeable, but the 910 adapters for the FW & Hyb are not. I'm sure you have already tried this, but make sure the shaft is fully seated in the head and that the screw is also seated correctly in the shaft tip. If the seating of the head and shaft is not the problem, then you should try calling Titleist Customer Service.

Mine all are interchangeable between 913 and 915..FWIW
