A question regarding AP2 heads...

    Hi guys. I have been playing the AP2 irons since they came out. Love them... Two years ago I bought regular shafts to try out and had my heads fitted to them from my dynamic gold s-300 shafts. Now I want to take those clubs to Florida as my winter set. I still have an awesome set of shafts- dynamic gold s-300 that I was hoping to use by purchasing the new 714 AP2 iron heads. Can I purchase just the heads so I am not wasting my shafts.

    I was told by a dealer that Titleist does not sell club components, just whole golf clubs

    Based on the threads I have read lately about this subject.  The answer is no.  If you are buying the new irons I would get fitted for them.  I had a set of the original AP2s PX 5.5 S shafts in them and when fitted they changed the shaft to the new XP95 s300 shafts in the 714 AP2s.  Technology changes.    Just something to think about before investing.
