Driver 913 D2 - mounting shaft

    Hello all,

    I recently bought an used 913 d2 driver where after a few shots the head become a bit loose on the shaft, as the screw is not tight.

    My idea is that some washer is missing or is not in the exact position, but I can't find anywhere how the single pieces shall be mounted.

     To keep the screw tight I have : a rubber washer and an iron washer which is not flat but has a small border on a side.

    My idea was : iron washer under the screw head, set in the way the head come inside the little border - then the drive head and the rubber washer at the end, before the shaft adapter.

    Is that right ? Some washer is missing? Could be another problem?

    Hi,  Yes, it sounds right.  Just to clarify....the bevelled metal washer goes against the bevelled screw head.  Both are inserted into the bottom of the head.  If you balance the rubber washer on the shaft tip and put the shaft into the head, when you screw the head onto the shaft, the rubber washer will thread onto the screw and hold everything together.
