I purchased a 915 D2 about 4 months ago and the ferrel is coming loose. I took it to a reputable club fitter and he said that this is a systemic problem. Is this true and what can I do to take care of this issue? I love the club and it was a hefty purchase. Just want to get this corrected before competition play.

Hi Steve,  Please take your driver into your local pro shop and have them set up a Warranty inspection and repair and put a priority on it so that we can fix it before you play your competition.  As it does not affect performance, if you want to wait until after your tournament, you can do that as well.  We had an occasional problem with the 913's, but the ferrule was redesigned for the 915 and I spoke to our Warranty department and we have not had an issue at all.

Thanks Cathi, I will take it to the tournament and afterwards take it to an authorized Titleist dealer to ship back to you all for the repair.

    Best Regards,

    Steve

Hi Steve,  Good luck in your tourney!!  When you take it to your pro shop, make sure they request a shipping label and ask for a rush - there should be no cost associated with getting this taken care of...
