    Hi. My name is Owen, and I'm 12 yeas old. I play in U.S. Kids tournaments and the PGA Junior League. I've played Titleist  clubs for the last two years. I use the 714 forged CB's irons, and I love them. Unfortunately, extensive play has worn the groves on my irons. So, I am curious to know when the new line of Titleist irons are coming out.

    Normally Titleist releases its new line of irons to the public in November.   You probably can get fit for them in October when a fitter in your area gets in the new heads and shafts and do a pre-order.  They would normally not be shipped until around the second week of November from Titleist.  This is all based past experience.

    Thanks for replying. I'll definitely look into pre ordering one of the 716 iron sets. 

    P.S. Who would you recommend getting an iron fitting from (I live in central NJ).

    Owen, I recommend going to top of this forum under GOLF CLUBS, click on CLUB FITTINGS AND TRIAL, you then can put in your address or zip code and it will direct you to a Titlest certified fitter that can assist you in your area. Living in South Carolina I cannot recommend an individual for you.  If you lived here I would highly recommend David Ayres in Mt Pleasant.   Good luck.  Chuck

    Owen, you should consider Sleepy Hollow in NY. The course isn't too far from the Tappan Zee Bridge. Kevin is the guy there (and it on these blogs). Of course, you could always take the trip to Manchester Lane in Massachusetts. Good luck, Steve

    Hi Owen,  Our rep suggested several places in your area.  One was to talk with Mike Hovance - 732.364.2336 at Perfect Swing Golf Center and the other is Kevin Beirne at Eagle Ridge GC and his number is:  732.901.4900.  If there is a particular shaft that you want to try, let them know when you speak to them and they can contact us at Team Titleist..  They will both have their fitting tools in October.  If you get to northern New Jersey, Mike Strlekar at Montclair GC will have his fitting tools next month - 973.239.0160
