How do i go about in making them standard length?

i ask due to switching iron shafts from my TM R9 tp  to ap2 and they now play shorter. Hosel depth is more on ap2 i guess that messed up the shafts in playing standard?

As i read into building  new shafts into this it seems there is more to it. Like swingweight to same weight throughout set to get feel the same.

maybe i should just fork out the 200 to get this done right.

    any club builders out there!1

    thanks in advance

If you want them the same length as your TM set, and you're using the shafts from that set, you'll have to remove the grips and put extensions in them. The standard specs for length, loft & lie are available on the Titleist site. With new shafts it's easy, install them and cut to length. As far as swing weighting goes, there are weights you can install in the shaft tips. You will need to know the previous swing weights if they were what you liked and you can match them. You will need a scale for that though. Hope that helped. I would recommend a Titleist club fitter for more advice and they can recommend a club builder in your area as well Fairways & Greens...and 1 putts
