Was just wondering if anyone else is having availability issues with the new 816 H2 hybrids.  I ordered one through Golfsmith with the Motore Speeder shaft and it's sitting on backorder.

As a follow up, just received notice from Golfsmith that my club is shipping today.  Can't wait until I get to hit it this weekend!!

My 816 H2 arrived late last week and I was able to put it in the bag for the first time last Saturday.  Got to hit it twice during my round and found it to be just as great as advertised.  I think the Motore Speeder shaft is perfect for me.  Very happy with this club!!

Ordered my 816 H1 19* with the same shaft two weeks ago this coming Friday.  It the waiting game at this point.  It is in the manufacturing stage according to our Titleist rep.  Too wet to play golf, so can bide my time.   When I hit it on the range and the Titleist fitter set me up it was awesomely straight and deep.  Will probably set it at 20* and move my 915h 18* to a 17.25* with the Aldila black shaft.  My third hybrid is a 913h 24* set at 23.25*.  With a  913f 15* set at 14.25*.  Works for me.   I love the Titleist hybrids.  And each year the newer versions seem to get straighter and straighter.  I really appreciate Titleist adding new stock shafts.

    Chuck,

Please keep in mind that these 816 hybrids have a bit different SureFit hozel and that the adjustments are now in 1 degree increments, not the .75 degree increments as before.  This can be found here....  http://media.titleist.com/images/titleist/files/US/Titleist-SureFit-Tour-Performance-Manual/index.html?_ga=1.44218599.2137796132.1434404729
