I went to purchase my new 915D2 with a 45" Diamana Blue 60 Stiff shaft. They said they would order it through Titleist & I asked if Titleist would cut it down or them & if so doesn't that change the swing weight to have 1" cutoff the butt end (grip end) of the club? They said possibly it could. So my question I guess would be if ordered thru Titleist & cutdown is the swing weight checked to make sure it stays the same as if it was a 46" shaft? Or does Titleist just install a 45" shaft without cutting one down??????

I use a 45" shaft in current driver with a D2 swing weight, they only had 46" shafts during my fitting.
