    I am putting a Tour AD shaft in my D3 driver and would like to purchase the Titleist branded adapter sleeve. Can you provide me with direction on how to get one?

    I am afraid you are out of luck. Titleist will not supply you with the adapter. You can order the shaft you are looking for from a Titleist retailer with the adapter and grip already installed.

    You can also buy a used 910/913/915 and have the adapter taken off the shaft and installed on your Tour AD shaft.
