I'm going to be celebrating and treating myself to a new putter in July...I'm starting the search now. Leaning towards the M2 or notch back. I like a semi wide putter but not a full mallet or a futura. Lets here your opinions of what you have and some of the reason s that you like it. Thanks #TT

  2. Pretty much tried all thecscotty styles eventually settled for the x7, they are all great quality but if your looking for something not too big try the go-lo great putter

I went into my process wanting a Newport because that is the style I had been putting with for years. I was fitted by the pro at my club where we tried a variety of models and lengths. I ended up with a 33" square back which I love. I guess what I'm saying is keep an open mind and get fitted for the Scotty that fits you.

    Enjoy the search!

I have a Newport Mallet 1, love the feel. It's not too big, there is also the Mallet 2.

Let us know what you get.

The notch back is a great looking gl club and would go for that. If you are looking around for now may I suggest an older squareback. My twin brother plays one and loves it....Really helped his game. You can get one used at a reasonable price and send to Scotty for a custom refurbish to make it one of a kind! Hope that helps

  8. I'm a blade fan; '97 Laguna with a 1.6 WINN. Aesthetics is the key to the player.
