Project X PXI 5.5 shafts

    Cathi,

    Are these shafts on backorder. Titleist site lists these "at once", but got fitted at my club's titleist demo day on 9/24 and ordered AP1 with these shafts and was told a few days ago it would be another two weeks. Definitely bummed as i was looking to use them on a short trip weekend after next. What gives here?

    Hi Frank, Since the PXi shafts are now "stock" in the T-MB irons, we have had many more requests for these shafts during our initial pre-order period and were back ordered on them. They have arrived and once they go through inspection (and pass), they will be released to production so that we can start building the irons that have been waiting on these shafts.

    also went to a Titleist Thursday fitting and fitter recommended standard length Project X Pxi (5.5) shafts, with lie angle of 2 degree flat, for full set of AP2's. how does this specific shaft compare to KBS Tour 90 shafts?
