I have a 910 D2 9.5 with the RIP 60 S. My swing speed is about 105-108. I am trying to play a power fade right now and am finding that the ball is ballooning on me a little to much. I use to hit a draw when I got fit for this club, but started to get a little hooky so I went back t my power fade. Is there another shaft that would help and give me a more penetrating ball flight? I have my setting now at C1 to help promote a fade and my loft is 8.75 now. Any help would be great. Thanks Jeff
Thank you very much for your input. I am thinking about going to a golfsmith and getting my numbers checked also. I will definitely try your suggestion when I go. I will get back on the board and post what works best after I go.
Try playing the ball a little more in the back of your stance. It will promote a fade but keep the ball low.
Jeff,
Thank you for your interest in getting fit with a Titleist Fitter. I spoke with Daniel Barber at Tom Barber Golf Center, who is one of our recommended Fitters in your area. They also happen to be one of our Advanced Fitting Centers, which gives them access to more product then other fitting locations as well as being equipped with a launch monitor. He mentioned their fitting fees are $125 or $75 with a purchase of any golf club. I've listed their information for you below. If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a shout at Team Titleist, 1-888-TITLEIST.
