I am looking to buy a new set of either AP1 or AP2 irons. How much of an upcharge is there for the project x shafts and the KBS shafts. I was just wondering so i know how much extra money i will be spending.

It depends on your local store, some will charge you differently. When I ordered my 712's with PX Shafts i was charged an extra $30 per club. I can't speak for the KBS up charges as I've never ordered a club with them. Give your local shop a call and ask for a quote.

I'm a regional fitter and I charge $20/shaft for either of those shafts.
