I just received my 913 D3. I took it out of the box and it felt a little light. I was wondering if you could help me figure out the swingweight of the club?
Shaft - Mitsubishi Diamana D+ White 72, X-Stiff
Length - Standard (45")
Adjustable weight - 9g
Also, what would happen to the swingweight if I increased the adjustable weight to 14g?
That club will swing weight out to D4 with your current setup. If you add the 14g bezel weight to the head, the swing weight will be D7.
I put high density lead tape on the bottom of my clubs if I need the additional weight feel...assuming D7 is too heavy for your preference...JAT
Is there a reference or guide to swingweights of drivers with stock shafts from the last few generations of drivers?
I just received my 913D3 and I want to compare it to my old trusty 905R that it is replacing.
8.5*, Diamana D+ White 82, S-Flex, 45 inches, green adjustable weight (7 grams, I presume)
8.5*, Titleist Speeder, 45 inches

With those stock shafts at standard length, the swing weights would have been D3-D4 in the past generation models.
I'm really interested in the new low spin 913fd 13.5 3 wood but would like to know what the swing weight is on the club so I can compare to what I have now. It feels like a D2 but would like to know for sure.
The swing weight will come out to D2-D3 depending upon what shaft you have.
