About year and half ago, i purchased Vokey spin milled C-C 52 through golfsmith and i believe i added 1.5 or 2 inches and 2 degree upright just based on their fitting chart.  a lot of times i tried using this club i ended up shanking.  also own a old vokey 52 and the new one just doesn't feel right at contact.

i have a feeling this has to do with the specs.  What would be the best way to change the spec on this club if i want to cut it or/and bend it?

Golfsmith or Rogerdunn?  Will those store do a good job fixing the club?  Is sending to Titleist an option?

Yes, we can bend it or cut the length for you here at Titleist.  If you don't know exactly what you want done to the club, I would recommend seeing a good fitter in your area to check length and lie and then they can set up the repair for you.

i know that some of those golf stores do fitting and they have those titleist fitting carts but what would be the best way to find a good titleist fitter?

Do you have any recommendation for 91739 area? rancho cucamonga ca

    Thank you.

There are a lot of Titleist fitters in your area: http://www.titleist.com/find-a-golf-shop/#shops

Most of them will be able to fit you and repair the club. Once you have your specs, then like Cathi said, you can set up an RTV with them to have your wedge shipped off to Titleist, so that they could do the work for you.

When you go to a fitter, don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask them how long they've been in the business and so on. If you can, take your highest lofted iron with you...probably your pitching wedge. Then, other than your 52*, take the next lofted wedge with you...perhaps a 56*? That way they can check your distance gaps too, to make sure you're good to go.

Best of luck with everything. Let us know how things go!

As David said, looking through the fitting link is a good way to find the fitters in your area.  We would recommend seeing Eric Horve at Tustin Ranch - his number is:  714.730.1611.  For a wedge fitting, you will want to see turf interaction and go to a fitter where you can hit off of grass.
