I just started to play golf consistently again in the past 2 years and i hit my irons very well. i use a 4 iron and hit that between 205 and 215 on a good day where i am hitting the ball well. i do not have a 3 iron in the bag and i carry a 15 degree 3 wood that i hit about 250+ when i strike it perfect. i am looking into getting a titleist 910 hybrid club and i am not sure what degrees i am looking for. so my question is what degree hybrid should i be looking to get if i am trying to hit between say 210 and 240..??? if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

    Jonathon,

If you are looking to replace the 3 iron, you could consider a 21* (same loft as your 3 iron).  You should be able to hit the hybrid slightly further then the 3 iron, but want to make sure it helps narrow the gap between your 3 wood.  Another good option is the 19*, which will probably put you in the 220-225 range.  This is all dependent upon how consistent you are with these clubs, but should give you a rough idea of how far they will go.

Also give a thought about a 19 or 21 fairway alongside a hybrid when buying.
