I was recently fitted for a set of AP1 clubs. When I was fitted I was wearing flat soled shoes and fitted for a 4 degree flat club. Does the flat soled shoe play a part at all when compared to wearing golf shoes on the course?

Jim,
Your shoes you were fit in won't have a direct influence on your lie angle. Trust what you were fit for, since the lie angle you are fit for is based on your ground contact and ball flight.
