I think the head has the 2 gram surefit screw weight on because it feels very light. How should i get about getting the swing weight back on track after changing

Re: 909 D3 shaft change. adjust swing weight?

Man, I'm sorry! There I go assuming that everyone has a 910. Wishful thinking. Lead tape would be the way to go.

Re: 909 D3 shaft change. adjust swing weight?

Thanks for the reply Ryan. Though what I have is the 909 driver which comes with a 'factory fitted' weight screw. I guess I'll have to use lead tape..

Re: 909 D3 shaft change. adjust swing weight?

Hi Zen:

I suppose you had the "white" screw? They also have numbers on the screw. You can use your 910 Surefit wrench to remove the screw and see.

You have a few options. The most effective way to change the swingweight would be to ask your favorite local Titleist Pro to order a 910 weight kit. If you order the shaft from Titleist, you can also request a particular screw... probably the stock red, 7 gram, screw.
