As others have said, stronger lofts and a change in shaft can help lower ball flight. However, it is also possible that you're not hitting down on the ball enough and that there's some flipping or scooping going on in your swing. You might want to re-evaluate your swing as well.

Strengthening the loft will help. You are already playing low launch shafts and clubheads, so I would guess that you do not hit down on the ball too much... If this is the case then having less bounce will not hurt you.

I'm far from an expert, but it sounds like you are trying to change the ball flight of existing clubs? I'd try the the shaft options first and see how it goes. Bending 2 degrees will certainly bring the ball flight down, however you are also changing the bounce. That might give you some unwanted consequences.

Yes, this will help reduce your launch and spin with those irons. You can do this up to 2*.
