If you are thinking about a new driver or such? I would highly recommend that you go to a regional Titleist certified club fitter!!

I can not say enough what a awesome day I had at the TPC at Snoqaulmie Ridge (just east of Seattle) under the direction of Luke Brosterhous. Luke was great! I spent two and a half hours going through driver and shaft combos, three wood and hybird combos until he was satisfied with the numbers.

The numbers are staggering!! He reduced my spin over 1200rpm and I went from 9.5 degree launch to 12.5! Also the ball speed of my 905R driver averaged in the 153mph mark and with the D2 the average was 165 to 167mph with a max of 171mph. But the most impressive thing was my dispersion of off center hits was unbelievable!! They were almost in line with my aim point. No more sending the ball far left or right.

Again... I can not thank Luke enough for the great day! Titleist is lucky to have him as a club fitter and staff representative.

Can't wait for my stuff to arrive!!

Hi Robert, The numbers sound impressive - I passed on your note to Luke and I'm sure he will be pleased to know how happy you are!

I just had a fitting from Luke about a week ago.  I totally agree with you.  I loved my experience, it was amazing.  The results were amazing as well.  I just got the club today and will be hitting it later.  If you live in the area go see Luke Brosterhous at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, not only will you love the results of the fitting but Luke is fantastic and you will have a blast.

I agree with going to a fitting. I have always been a good ball striker and had a 907 Driver that I hit very well and didn't think I could really see any gains. Boy was I wrong. I did a fitting day in Charlotte, NC last year and the folks spent a great deal of time working with me and I gained some incredible improvements in my launch numbers with the 910.

Could you give me the info on your fitter in Charlotte?  I really would like to get fit for a 910 to get rid of the R11.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!

    Hi Cathi,

Btw... Luke fit me into the D3 with the Diamana X-72gm (we tried the Romax, Speeder and a few others)  with the new 7.5* loft. After some number crunching and adjustments, he set it at B-1. I draw the ball and all my misses are deep left. With the 905R with the 76gm X- V2 ProForce I was not able to hit a power fade. So we wanted to bring that part of the game into play. I have some alinement issues that had to be addressed. But under Luke's direction, once those were fixed the flight pattern was staggering!! I was looking for the semi block ten yard fade power bomb.... And Luke found it!

As for the 3-wood. We tried the FD 13.5* in shaft combos and adjustments, but the the spin was just to much for his liking. Then he set up the 13.5* F with the 82gm Diamana and BAM!! The bore, spin and launch was nailed! It was simply the finest club I had ever hit! I could move the ball any way I wanted to but nailing it straight as a arrow was tops.

On the Hybird side of it.... It was easy for Luke by that point. 17* with the Diamana 90gm but with the S flex, and start pounding it. Nuf said! I had never hit a hybird before and it was awesome! Luke handed me my 3 iron and said "Here, you can put the in the closet".

Also.... I'm a 50 year old, self taught +2.1 hdcp player that has never taken a lesson and I have never seen my swing on video. Luke was so positive toward me that I asked him if he would like to help me with my game. He said absolutely.
