Hi Team Titleist,
I'm going to switch my wedge setup from 54-58 to most likely 52-56-60. In my Vokeys from last year i got the Project X 6.0 - the same shaft like in my AP2's.
I'm now wondering which shaft to get in the new Vokeys since I read much about having a slightly softer shaft in your wedge on here. A friend of mine recommended me to stick to the normal DG wedge flex (aka s200). On the other hand you guys seem to be convinced by the KBS Hi-Rev, but also saying to "stay in brand". So i'm completly clueless right now. :D
Another problem is that I don't really have the opportunity to test all the shafts.
I would like a mid to low ball flight and maybe a bit more spin than I now have with my Project X 6.0 - hope this helps with your recommendation!
thanking you in anticipation and greetings from Germany
Freddy
I have 46/52 SM4 using Pxi 6.5 and using s400 for 56/60. Pxi shaft might be a bit too light but need to play a bit more with new shafts for 46/52 since I am using them with full swing not like 56/60.
Yeah that's a good point. I should probably add that I have mostly like 3/4 swings with my wedges.
Are the s400 more or less equal to the Project X 6.0?
Off the top of my head PX 6.0 come out at 6.5 whist S400s are 5.8. I go same shaft - ctaper x which is 7.3 and there is no issues
