Currently I am playing a G15 9 degree with a 60g Serrano shaft in it and on a calm day everything goes fine and the ball flight is slightly higher right around 275-290 but doesn't affect anything too much. But on a windy day into the wind the ball go straight up and straight down major loss in yardage.
Im looking at the 913 D2, and pretty sure Aldila RIP Phenom 70 stiff is the right shaft for me. If you were you describe that shaft and what kind of player it would fit best how would you describe it? Also what kind of ball flight and spin you would expect.
Thanks so much,
It certainly sounds like you are getting too much spin from your current shaft. The RIP Phenom is a mid launch/mid spin shaft. It usually fits players looking for a stable feel, firmer shaft with a mid launch characteristic.
Thank you cameron, that being said i believe the RIP Phenom is the apporiate shaft for me, thank you!
