  1. Hello i'm on the market to buy a new drivere 913d2, i have now a png G20 with grip code "aqua", a bit smaller than normal.

In Titelist this is equivalent to -1 layer tape?

Enbjoy and thanks in advance for replies.

    Palmiro t,

The stock grips from Titleist only come with 1 layer of tape under them so the best way to get the smaller grip is to go to your local authorized Titleist dealer and order the driver from Titleist with the "Undersize" Titleist Tour Velvet 360* grip on it. You can either order the driver or buy one off the rack if you don't want to get fit for one then just have the dealer order the grip from Titleist and put it on for you when it gets in.

    Hope this helps,

    -Kody

  5. Thanks Kody

i made a fitting session some months ago and with the results I would like to buy on qualified Internet dealers where the prices are lower.

You could still buy the driver itself from an internet dealer, and then go to your local golf shop and order the grip through them.

    hello....

If you're going to purchase from a certified Titleist rep site, most offer the option of customizing your club. I know that Golfsmith offers the option to customize your club online. You can easily order your new Titleist driver with an undersized grip, like the png Aqua.

Try PURE GRIPS... their standard size grips feels thinner since its tapeless.  I had the factory installed standard Golf Pride Tour Velvet  on my irons.  When I took them out it had one layer of tape.  I scraped the tape off and installed the PURE GRIP Pure Pro model with no tape.  It definitely feels thinner compared to before.  Some said that it felt like a ladies' size grip... but I just went with feel.  It's more comfortable and tacky, I feel that the club is more secured now with a thinner grip...

    Good luck.

    Carlo
