913 D2 or D3 for me

nick k

I am an 11 handicap and i currently have the 905r w an aldila NV xs shaft...id like a driver that is a more forgiving but I tend to hit a straight ball or draw the ball more often than not and I am also not into working the ball. Is the d2 more forgiving? I know it has a draw bias, can I adjust it to neutral? Will both clubs be more forgiving and longer then my 905r? I do plan on getting fitted but I would like to know some things before I do.

Hello Nick,  The 913 D2 would be the more forgiving of the two drivers.  We call it draw bias, but that is in relation to the D3 head.  It is easier to turn over right to left (for a RH), than the D3.  It is .5 open at address and is not weighted to "help" the ball draw.   If you get it properly fitted, it will be longer and more forgiving than your 905R.
