    Hi there, 

    what is the difference about the c taper lite r and project x pxi ?

    I currenty use dynamic gold s200 and I normally hit around 140-145 with the 7 Iron.

    can I get more distance if I use the c taper lite or pxi, and which one have the more distance as I found both shaft have a good ball flight and one more which one of the shaft have more less ball flight.

    Radi,

    There isn't much difference between the two, since they are both looking to promote a mid launch and lighter weight.  The C-Taper Lite will launch the ball slightly less, but not by much.  To determine what shaft would work better for you, I would consult your local Club Fitter.  They will be able to see your ball flight first hand and see how those shafts react to your swing.
