I''m 64 and my 5 iron is only about 150.  Just got fit because the GD 65 g felt too light.  I selected the KK 85 but it was a tight choice with the TT XP 95 and the Nippon 970.  For me, the difference was a better dispersion at the 6I - both metals and the graphite were superior in distance, dispersion and feel at the 8I than the 65 g.  I'm keeping my 21/7W as I couldn't get a 21H as far, and have a 24 and 27 H.  At your distance, you could use the 4I, but if your playing time has/will be less than you used to, you may want to add the 24H.  Now waiting for the new irons to arrive.  If I had picked metal, it would have been the TT XP 95 - but that's a starting point for what you can look at.

That Kuro Kage 85 is a great option to consider.  You might also want to look at the Aerotech i95, i110, and Recoil options.  Those will play similar to your previous Dynamic Gold shafts in terms of ball flight characteristics.  All great options for players looking to lighted up the feel and get away from steel.  

Figuring out what the longest iron that should be in your bag is another great reason to get fit.  This will help to determine your consistency with your longer irons and provide proper gapping when transitioning into the right hybrid.  The hybrids you might want to consider would be the 24* and 27*, which are good 4 and 5 iron replacements.
