  1. For the first time ever, I was recently fitted at my club for new irons.  My club pro used the png fitting system but said it was equally applicable to Titleist irons, as I've had my eyes on the new AP1s.  The whole process took 20-30 minutes, including static measurements and hitting off the board.  I also hit a few balls off the grass.  My pro said I was almost off the chart, needing 3 degree upright, one inch longer than standard length clubs and regular flex.  I am currently playing standards with stiff flex steel shafts, bought mindlessly, years ago.  Can I take these number to the bank or should I ask my pro to do it one more time, just to check the numbers?  Also, do those numbers apply to all other irons, or just png and Titleist?  Thanks in advance.

    Matt,

I would personnaly find a qualified Titleist Fitter.  I waited almost 2 months for my fitting.  If you are set on buying Titleist eauipment, (to me the best on the market0 it will leave no doubt.  I tested a bunch of other clubs and was not satisfied.

I am very comfortable using the clubs and I know that the miss hits and ugly contact is all me.  I need to improve, not the clubs.

The support you get from the Titleist Staff, fitters, and Team Titleist is awesome.  They help and reccomend whats best for your game.

    Good luck.
