So I bought the AP2's with the XP95 light weight shafts. Feel great, but because of the high launch I'm at least a club to a club and a half shorter than my previous irons. The ball flight is much higher. Given all that does it make sense to make my lofts a full club longer in order to make up the difference?

The most we would recommend bending the lofts is 2° because you are also changing the bounce of the club.  If you move the loft two degrees strong, you will be losing aproximately 2° of bounce as well.

    Hi Cathi -

Thanks for the feedback. S does that mean I just have to live with the shorter distance with the AP2's?

Hi Bill,  If you were fit into the XP95, we would recommend talking with your fitter and having him/her watch your ball flight and go over the reasons for the loss of distance.  If it is because your previous clubs were 4° stronger than your AP2's, and you like the feel of the XP95, then yes, the max we would recommend bending would be 2° and you will be about 1/2 club short because your clubs were so strong lofted.  The last resort would be to reshaft into a lower launching shaft.  As reshafting can get pricey, we would recommend talking with your fitter.
