Hi Sean, When KBS came to do a presentation with us, they let us know that the 130 V shaft was originally created for a player that had very high speed 170+, put a lot of load on the shaft and wanted something heavier that would help dispersion.  They created the heavyweight V shaft and the player subsequently found that he preferred a lighterweight V that still kept his dispersion down and had more feel.  This shaft is not available for order.
