I've never experienced getting fitted for clubs, but I'm getting fitted for AP1's. I should take my old set of irons with me to the fitting right?

I got fitted for my AP1's about a years ago and I didn't take my old set with me. However, I didn't get fitted for my previous set so I don't think it would have done much good for me. I have been in love with my AP1's ever since!
  3. Jacob,

Sometimes people will bring in their, say, 6 iron to compare. However, since you're going to be fitted, your Titleist rep will be able to dial you in to your new AP's without your old irons. If you like the feel of the shafts that you have now, the grip...stuff like that...explain to your fitter that you like the feel of the shafts, grips, etc., and they'll be able to pick a new shaft that's "like" your old ones. Don't forget to ask any questions that you may have. Will the fitting be indoors or outside?
