    Hi all,

I need some advice on whether I should go through with a purchase of a 915 Fd fairway wood. The 3 wood has an Aldila Rogue Silver 70 X Flex, and I was recently fitted for the Diamana D+ 70 S flex a few weeks ago for my new 915 D2.

My club head speed was about 112 mph when I first started the fitting for my driver, but the gentleman that was helping me with the fitting suggested that I slow my swing down and I would see better results with an easier smoother swing... And of course he was absolutely right.... With about a 108 mph club head speed, I'm crushing my 915 D2 better than I've hit any other driver before in my life.

With all of that being said.. I won't have time to have a fairway wood fitting before the opportunity to take advantage of this deal disappears. I don't know hardly anything about shafts, and I don't want to make a mistake and purchase something I'm just going to be frustrated with because I can't hit it the way I hit my D2. Furthermore, I'm curious if there is the possibility that I will pick up bad habits with the X flex that could potentially effect my swing with my stiff shaft driver.

I'm hoping that I can bother all of you for some guidance and maybe help educate me on why I should or shouldn't proceed forward, or if I should get it and sell the Aldia shaft and purchase the shaft that I will eventually go get fitted for.

Any and all advice is more than welcome. Thanks in advance!

    Best,

    Alex
