  1. I was fitted for Titleist clubs about 10 years ago. I still use the irons, 962, x100 shafts, 4 degrees upright.

At that time I was also fitted for a driver and it was a 975D, with a Grafalloy Prolite s, 35+. 9.5 loft.

I recently received a 915 D3 through a member guest tournament I was in and the rep looked at my existing driver and told me he'd match the new driver to meet the existing specs as close as possible.

So it came in and its a 915 D3 with the Diamona D+ 70, x5ct, flex-s. I just want to make sure that is the correct shaft before I head to the range to try it out. I thought it was coming in X flex, but thinking about it, I'm not sure my original shaft in the 975 was an x flex. Just a stiff version of an s flex I'm guessing.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. For clarity, it is the Whiteboard shaft

It's relatively close!  Both shafts try to do the same thing.  Diamana is probably a little heavier.

  4. Thank you. The flex seems fine on the range, although I'm adjusting the loft up as the straight 9.5 seems to fly a bit low. Need a few more sessions to really tune it in.
