  1. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of one of your staff. I am 69 years young and have been playing recreational golf since I was 13 years old. Dating back I have owned K-28's with Persimmon Woods; Eye 2's with Ben Hogan Speed Slots; X-14's with Burner's with Bubble Shafts and lastly RX-7's both irons and metal woods........Anyway !!!! Never have I been exposed to someone as thorough as your Jason (last name unknown) who came down from St.Louis and has been working the local courses representing Titleist.

    I belong to Millwood CC where other manufacturers were also represented. ONLY Jason showed interest in me, all the others stood around and BS'd and showed minimal interest in any of the attendees. Jason was the only one willing to work with me on the computer analysis and several additional evaluation criteria (sight, sound, ball flight) until each and every club was dialed in to my swing.

    In almost 1.5 hours we only got through 5 clubs; 917 Driver, 2 Fairway Metals and 2 Hybrids. I was exhausted so we made an appointment to meet again at a neighboring club 2 weeks later. That was last Wednesday, April 19th and again we spent 1.5 hours again evaluating each club and the set up.

    We decided the AP1, 7-GW best suited my swing along with 3 Vokey Wedges. I am now a proud owner of 13 new Titleist clubs....although I am waiting patiently from the manufacturer like a kid waiting for Christmas. ......I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to Jason for taking the time to help a Old in Age but Young at Heart person like myself.

    And to Titleist and all of those out there in business.....Nothing makes more of a lasting impression than Customer Relations...Good and Bad! I now own Titleist equipment for the first time because of one man and how he treated ME and showed interest in ...ME !!!

    Great story. That's what I love about Titleist. Titleist offers Titleist Thursdsays, and another OEM offers to finance clubs with an upgrade policy to stay on the financing treadmill just to get a new, maybe better, design every year. I don't care what you're selling until I know that you care about to whom you're selling.

    One of the many reasons why I have & always will be playing Titleist equipment! That's why they are the best golf company around ... their customer service is exceptional to say the least!
    Glad to see we have another devoted Team Titleist member.
