Well, in my part of the country, it was a bad weekend for trying to get out and play golf.  We've had about 5 inches of rain and it's still coming down.

But, on a positive note, there was a ton of great golf on TV this weekend.  People may not take notice because the regular season is over on the PGA TOUR, but I really enjoy watching golf on TV during this time of year.  The European tour is still going strong and if you throw in the Nedbank Challenge, Chevron World Challenge, and the Q-School Finals, there is alot of good golf on TV.   Nothing beats the drama of PGA TOUR Q-School.

I thought it was great to watch a little PGA Tour golf, even if it was only 18 guys. I am without the Golf Channel so I missed out on Q-school, which I followed online (leader boards only) - it is such a compelling story to me - all those guys wanting so badly to get that card...just watching the scores post everyday was like an emotional roller coaster. Very happy for Vaughn Taylor!

I agree, Some great golf on the tube. Having played the Stadium course it was even funner to watch those guys on a course I have played, It brought back some good and not so good memories. We played the day before they cut the rough and it was about 5 inches deep, You could drop a ball at your feet and have a hard time finding it. And then we played it the next day after the rough was cut and it was a totally different course. On a side note it was good to see Tiger win I think it will be good for golf in general. Anybody think he should at least go back to a Titleist Golf ball? He wont but he should.
