Bought a pair for my fairway woods and got them last week from TGW. Inspected them and put them on the day i got them, all was good. First round yesterday and noticed after a shot on the back 9 that one of them had the threads coming off and a hole as seen in the picture. I check all around and nothing else but that. Checked my other one and sure enough another hole? I've hit maybe a handful of shots with either club and the headcover stays on my clubs while hitting. Has anyone else noticed this on theirs or is this normal? Understandable after some usage but certainly not 1 week of sitting there? Below are pictures of both headcovers.

    thanks!!

You're supposed to take the headcover OFF then hit! ;)  All joking aside my driver cover is holding up great. Love it!

haha, yea you're right. NOW i know why there's a hole in them. i meant leave them on my bag/other clubs as i don't throw them or leave them on the ground.

  5. No problems here. They're holding up great!

Perhaps you snagged it on a branch, in your car, etc.?

Please take them back to your pro shop and have them set up an RA through the Titleist accessories department.

Cathi, i took them to my local Edwin Watts and they will be sending them back today. Titleist told them about 3-4 weeks to inspect and repair or send a new set. I'll keep this thread updated when i get some more news. Thank you again!
