  1. I was looking at the 2014 Accessories Catalog http://media.titleist.com/images/titleist/pdfs/US/2014/sales/2014_Access_Catalog.pdf

...And noticed that there is a few choices for a bag to take to special golf outings and that will hold more items than my carry bag (rain suit, extra balls, etc..etc...) and I could customize with my name and my club logo plus that would be able to fit on a golf cart.

The three options that appealed to me are the 9.5" Staff Bag, Mid-Size Staff Bag and Lightweight Staff Bag.  Which of these options appeals to you the most.  I am sort of leaning towards the 9.5" Staff Bag but really all three are beautiful...not sure of any pros and cons that might not be obvious to me I have not considered so I thought I would open it up here to get your input.

    Thanks for your thoughts...!

Mid-size, big enough to haul all you mentioned without the bulk.. And easy fit on carts or pull carts.

I think the Mid-Size Staff bag is really the only one that makes sense for regular play. I have been on the fence about buying one myself but it has been hard to give up my carry bag.

    Good morning!

I have recently purchased the Light Weight Cart /Staff bag & am very satisfied with its performance, with ample room for water bottles, extra balls, rain gear (knock on wood, only used once this yr)........though I also have the Premium Stand Bag (SXP14), which is a super bag.......... lastly, for winter golf, I am using the ultra light weight (SX1), which is awesome and  this is where my TT bag tag resides. BTW, if my Brand Ambassador can kick up two extra bag tags, they would be promptly added to my two other bags!

At the end of the day, pick the nylon Light Weight Cart bag!

    Chris,

I personally like the mid-sized staff bag. It is big enough to carry the essentials, but still fits on the back of a cart.  What ever you do, you have to get it inscribed with "FEAR THE FORK". LOL!

I own the Midsize bag and, having owned it for almost a year, will buy the Full size, in the future. The Mid size seems to get a bit too tight if you use midsize or oversize grips, as I do.

Personally, I have the full size staff bag.  It fits on a cart just fine and there is more than enough room to put everything you need (and then some) in the bag.  The grips are never rubbing against eachother as they do in a smaller bag, they always drop straight to the bottom when you put them in the bag.  The bag is very good quality and looks just like what the pros are using.  It's pretty cool when you have your name and a logo put on the front of the bag.

That being said, I generally use a Titleist lightweight stand bag for my everyday play.  This gives me the flexibility to walk if I want to or ride a cart if I want to.  I generally only break out the staff bag these days for special occasions.

Dallin', why would anyone dare to put an ASU slogan on a golf bag? LOL

Both of my bags are headed to the dump at the end of my season.  As soon as the new bags are out I'll probably go with a 9.5 Staff Bag for travel golf and the Staff Stand Bag for home play.  My wife is also in need of a bag but she want something in purple.

  12. What measurement do you take to determine whether it's a 9.5" or 10.5" staff bag? I am getting conflicting answers. Please help,Thank
